Is there a free plan available?

Yes. We offer a Free Plan with 15 credits per month so you can test the chatbot features before upgrading to a paid plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and your remaining credits are adjusted accordingly.

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

No. Credits reset every billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

What happens if I run out of credits?

If you run out of credits, the chatbot will stop responding until you upgrade your plan or the next billing cycle begins.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are not provided for used credits. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact our support team for review.
