Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've paid for and you won't be charged again; then your monitors pause. They are kept with their settings and history, and choosing a plan again restarts them right away. Any run credits you have bought keep checks running until they are used up. You can undo the cancellation any time before the period ends.

Every check a monitor makes: its status and timing, the data it extracted, the before and after of every change, the side-by-side content diff, visual screenshots and diffs, SERP results, and the log of webhook, Slack, Discord and email notifications it sent. Checks older than your plan allows (14 days on the free trial up to 2 years on Scale) are deleted automatically, along with their screenshots. Your monitors, their settings and the latest page state are kept, so detection carries on without a gap.

Each time a monitor runs and uses the AI/LLM extractor, it counts as one call. Results are not re-billed if the page hasn't changed.

Some websites block standard scrapers. When needed, Verid routes through its residential proxy network. Bandwidth is only consumed when the proxy layer is activated.

Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial from signup, no credit card required. The trial includes unlimited monitors, 200 runs plus 100 visual runs and 100 SERP runs for the whole 14 days, 50 LLM extractions, every alert channel and the full API. When the trial ends, your monitors pause until you choose a plan; they are kept with their settings and history, and choosing a plan restarts them right away.

Verid attempts delivery immediately and retries up to 6 times with exponential backoff (5m, 15m, 30m, 60m, 2h). Failed deliveries are visible in your dashboard.

When you reach a limit, that resource stops rather than billing you for overages - there are no extra charges, ever. Once your monthly runs are used up, checks keep going on any run credits you have bought; when those are gone too, checks pause until your runs reset at the start of your next billing period (on the free trial, the runs cover the whole 14 days and do not reset), and API calls that would start a check return HTTP 429 with the error code RUN_LIMIT_REACHED. Upgrading or buying run credits resumes paused checks right away. Metered usage like LLM extractions works the same way. You can always create more monitors.

Yes. Run credits are a one-time purchase at $10 per 1,000 runs, from 1,000 up to 1,000,000 runs in steps of 100, and they never expire. They are used only after your monthly runs are gone, on normal, visual and SERP checks alike (one credit per SERP result page). They work on every plan, the free trial included, and with credits SERP monitors run even on a plan without SERP; on those plans every SERP run comes from credits.

Yes. Every plan includes team seats with no per-seat fee: 2 during the free trial and on Lite, 3 on Starter, 10 on Pro and 25 on Scale, and the + SERP plans match their base plan. You take one seat as the owner and your plan applies to everyone you invite, each with a role: admin, member or viewer. Invitations go out by email and a pending invitation counts toward your seats until it is accepted or revoked, or expires after 7 days.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings, and your plan limits update immediately to match the new tier.
