Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your subscription will be cancelled immediately and you will be moved to the free plan.
What counts as an LLM extraction?
Each time a monitor runs and uses the AI/LLM extractor, it counts as one call. Results are not re-billed if the page hasn't changed.
What is proxy bandwidth used for?
Some websites block standard scrapers. When needed, Verid routes through its residential proxy network. Bandwidth is only consumed when the proxy layer is activated.
Do you offer a free trial for paid plans?
Instead of a time-limited trial, we offer a permanent free plan with a real monthly budget: 5 monitors, daily checks, 50 LLM extractions/month, and 5 manual runs/day. Build on it as long as you want, and upgrade only when you outgrow it.
What extraction methods are supported?
CSS selectors, XPath, JSONPath, regex, full-page hashing, and LLM-powered extraction. All methods work on any plan.
How is webhook delivery handled?
Verid attempts delivery immediately and retries up to 6 times with exponential backoff (5m, 15m, 30m, 60m, 2h). Failed deliveries are visible in your dashboard.
